# Get a free assessment of your water

Tell us what the water is doing. A specialist reads your description and replies in writing, free. A call happens only if you ask for one, and your water goes on the schedule for the first on-site assessments.

## What happens after you write

1. **A specialist reads it.** A person who works on water reads your description: the symptoms, the history, what you've already tried.
2. **You get an answer in writing.** What your description usually means, what we would measure first, and whether an assessment makes sense. We reply by email, or on a call if you ask for one. If your water needs something other than what we do, the reply says so.
3. **Your water goes on the schedule.** The first N-Series units are being built now, and the first on-site assessments and installations are being scheduled. Requests are answered in the order they arrive.
