About Alchemal
Alchemal restores working waters, from backyard ponds to municipal lakes and farm lagoons, and publishes the measurements.
Why the name
"Alchemal" points straight at the thing this category is famous for: promises that sound like magic. We chose the name because it obligates us to be the opposite. What we do is oxygen, restored to the whole water column, with the water's own data deciding whether we did what we said.
What we believe
- Algae, odor, and murk are conditions in the water, and conditions can be changed.
- Numbers carry the claims. A promise without a measurement attached is not one of ours.
- Honesty is structural: every problem page on this site says when our fix is the wrong one, and every case study reports what didn't move.
- Timelines are ranges, in weeks and seasons. Nothing about a pond recovers fast, and we won't claim otherwise.
The people
This page will name the team and our scientific advisors, with real credentials, because they'll be reviewing the health-adjacent content on this site before it publishes. We don't list people or titles before they're real, here or anywhere.
