What happens after you write
- A person who works on water reads your note.
- You get an answer in writing. If what you describe sounds like a conditions problem, the reply says so, and if it isn't something we fix, it says that too.
- If it makes sense to go further, the next step is a free assessment. What happens next is spelled out before anyone signs anything.
